For example, Bakunin, Bakunina. If it ends in ov or ev, the female form ends in "ova" or "eva". If it ends in "sky", the female form ends in "skaya". If it names in "enko", I think those are unisex. And everyone has their fathers name with a feminine or masculine ending added, form example Ivanovna or Gavrilovna or Ivanovich or Gavrilovich. If you want your families name to sound more Russian, you could do this but you don't have to.
