Cosimo Fonte & Belloza Rosso were never meant to get together. One night Cosimo was drunk and Belloza was begging for money on the streets. Cosimo mistaking her as a prostitute paid her. Belloza was very thankful and was shocked once Cosimo started making advances. Knowing Cosimo was a powerful man she went along with it. Cosimo was very upset to learn Belloza was pregnant. Cosimo who was afraid of having an illegitimate child married Belloza. About 3 months into their marriage Belloza lost the child. Cosimo & Belloza had learned to love each other and were both saddened by the news. Belloza wanted a child and Cosimo did too. Belloza became pregnant again and the couple were happy once again. After moving to the Formaggio estate Belloza was starting to regret her decision, while Cosimo loved it Belloza didn't it. It was older than the estate they had currently lived in and much more froggy & cold. Belloza also disliked the estate and the lands surrounding it because on the trip to the estate their coach was stopped and they were robbed. Belloza was afraid for her life but Cosimo was quick with his wits and they managed to get away. Little did they know they were robbed by the peasants who worked at the Formaggio estate.

Lenello Crivelli & Novella de Vigo were never friends growing up. The Crivelli & de Vigo family had always fought for the favor or whatever Lord lived at the estate at the time. Lenello & Novella found themselves starting to like each other during their teen years. They would sneak out of the estate at night and talk. Once they both turned 20 Leonello proposed Novella was flustered but immediately accepted. The Crivelli & de Vigo families disliked each other even more at this point and Novella was disowned by her family. The Crivelli family welcomed her with open arms after learning what the de Vigo family had done. Once Lord Agnolo died Leonello & Novella were ecstatic they assumed they'd let free and snuck out of the estate. Since they were poor and needed money if they were to move out they turned to robbing people. With bags over their heads and a long sword as their only weapon they proceeded to stop a very wealthy looking coach. Lenello was very aggressive while Novella was more scared. The man they were attempting to rob somehow worked his way out of the robbery and the coach rode off into the night. Angry they returned to the estate and soon learned they were never going to be able to leave. Lenello was afraid they might recognize the couple and convinced Novella to try and avoid the new Lord & Lady which made them dislike the new Lord & Lady. They were saddened when the Lord they had known all their life died because Lord Agnolo had loved all the peasant children. He spoiled them with gifts and delicious food. It was against everything Lord Agnolo had ever known but loved showing affection and spreading happiness. Once Lord Agnolo married his second wife, after his first had died, she soon convinced him to change his ways. Lord Agnolo became cold and ruthless towards the peasants that worked for him. This made the peasants start to dislike him so when Lord Agnolo died their was sadness but also a lot of happiness as well.
