The curse of the Wessex boys struck once more with the tragic passing of Nina and Arthur's third son at just 8months old. The only thing saving the monarchy was Nina's ability to produce a fourth son quickly after. Prince Tobias is stronger than his brothers and, with Arthur's paranoia on high alert, is cared for only by his mother, Queen Nina, and oldest sister, Princess Cressida. Soon after Tobias's birth, Princess Juliet was brought into the world taking much of Nina's time. The care and health of Tobias is passed solely to Cressida.
Long has England been a centre of education, and now a group of noblemen have approached Arthur with a request. They ask for permission to found a university, funded by the taxpayer’s money. Arthur gives his blessing for this hoping to deflect attention away from his crumbling family.
