Welcome to this Fantasy-themed KUY congrats!

-you can use it for High Fantasy, Low Fantasy, any Fantasy in between. You could model on a specific setting but I can't guarantee the names will align
-in each round I'll have a few prompts you can roll a die for (or just pick, if you're trying to keep to a certain feel.) You don't have to write anything, or even use the prompts if you do want to write something - they're just there if you want them!
-feel free to give yourself more (or fewer) additions than prompted if you so desire. I will have decent sized namebanks (or I hope you find them to be so) but the won't go on forever either
-I got names from the Dictionary of Medieval Names from European Sources here: http://dmnes.org/ as well as this site (mainly in the Ancient and Mythology sections) with some word names thrown in. If there are any other sources you'd like me to draw from, to give the kind of feel you want for your fantasy world, just let me know!
-I'll end each post with a question or two, the option(s) you pick determining genders for births in the next round
