The Brigham Family
Dbf: Kevin Harrison Brigham (26)
Dgf: Leighton Annabelle (Rosier) Brigham (23)
DD: (1)
Kevin and Leighton is an unexpected couple. They don’t have much in common, but they make things work anyway. Leighton changed her name a few years ago, due to the fact that she dislike normative sociaty, gender roles, and how women often are discriminated. She wanted her new name to somehow reflect this, and therefore decided on a unisex name for herself and her previous first name became her middle name.
Leighton succeed to convince Kevin to use a truly unisex name for their daughter’s FN, and the name is about equally popular among boys/girls. Kevin likes more mainstream names, and he picked the MN.
We’ve all got both light and dark inside us. What matters is the part we choose to act on. That’s who we really are.
