Congratulations! Please welcome Bruce and Belle, two French twins with no middle names. As they are only 3 months old, they can grow up English. The twin's mother died in childbirth, and their father knew that he would not be able to cope with newborns alone. I am sure that Rosa and Alexander with make fantastic parents for the adorable babies. Belle is a very quiet child, so you can't really expect much from her at first. Bruce, on the other hand, is a handful. He is always hungry, so don't think that you will get much sleep. Please keep us updated with the twin's status for a small while as we will want to keep an eye on them.
