King Grádaigh became suddenly ill a few days after Aislin's second birthday, and stayed ill for weeks before finally succumbing to his illness. Danny's mother, Moira, became distraught, only acting somewhat normal in Aislin's presence, not wanting her only granddaughter to see her acting so strangely. Danny himself became a worrying mess a few weeks after the coronation when they discovered that Tera was pregnant again. With the difficulty of Aislin's pregnancy, he was worried that he might lose his father and his wife in the space of a few months. That's when Moira seemed to snap out of it. She could be seen playing games with Aislin and giving pregnancy advice to Tera, as well as legislative advice to Danny. Thankfully Niamh's pregnancy and subsequent delivery went much smoother than Aislin's had. And speaking of Aislin, she seems to have taken the role of big sister very seriously, and is always asking Tera, Moira, or the lady-in-waiting who is currently caring for her and Niamh what she can do to help them.
