What's going on: Instead of creating something new, I dug into the archives and found one that looked cool. Kseniya's first name honour her Russian heritage, and she sometimes goes by Senja, the Finnish form. Her middle name is a sensible English name, solid and serious. Camille's first name honours her French family, and her middle name is international. Robert is a family name and international, whilst Jari is Finnish. Little Nina has an easy to use international name and an Irish middle name. She was born in Helsinki, after Teemu was offered a job at the university there and the family decided to move.

In their lines of work, Zella and Hamilton often come across children with poor home lives. Victor was living on the streets, and claimed to have been abused at the children's home he was escaping. Zella quickly got the papers to adopt him before the home came back. Hamilton went to investigate the home and discovered that it was a cover for a human trafficking ring. It was disbanded and the owners were jailed. Victor, though at first withdrawn, is a clever boy who gets along well with his adopted brother. Together, they often plot to put toads in their sisters' sock drawers and create lucrative, over-priced lemonade stands.

A few years after Ian was born, Nate and Arlene decided to have one last baby. Imagine their surprise when they had twins-again! Julia and Liz were loved by the rest of the family, and Nate and Arlene had a much easier time with them than they had with Mark and Michele. (It helped that Mark and Michele were 14 when Julia and Liz were born, and they were happy to help.) A year later, Arlene discovered that she was pregnant again. After Nicholas was born, she decided she didn't want any more accidents and got her tubes tied.
Mark and Michele are going off to college in the fall. Mark has always been studious and applied early to the University of Pennsylvania (he calls it Penn, of course). Michele is in the process of applying. Her first choice is Indiana University Bloomington, but she's also applied to IUPUI as a safety.
Chris is obsessed with football. He plans to be on the varsity team in high school and get a good football scholarship for college.
Ian is 8. He likes cookies.
