I realized I forgot to provide instructions for Amanda and Christopher's daughter's middle name. It's been added.

Amanda and Christopher recently got married and are expecting a little girl together. Amanda really wants the new baby to have an unusual name like Sunny and Van and Christopher wants her name to be Greek. They've decided to compromise by giving her a Greek name that does not rank within the USA top 1000 for 2014. The name shouldn't be too hard to pronounce or spell in English, and a cute nickname like her big siblings would be nice too (but isn't mandatory).
Her middle name is floral and her last name will be Michelakis.

His first name should be unmistakably masculine with a unisex nickname. Jamie and Jordan have decided to let Joey help them choose the middle name, and she'd like it to be a character from one of her favorite books (it need not be one syllable).

Laura wants it to be an international name so it won't stick out too much next to Lucas, Santiago, and Katerina. William wants a classic Biblical name like Leah and Sarah. Help them compromise.
The middle name will be Mitchell and the last name will be Colquhoun.
