Use all the names in the namebanks to form combos. You should end up with names for 12 people. Throw our your two least favorite names (optional) and then divide the remaining people into 5 (or 6) couples. Then give them kids with whatever names you want. (You can also make up bios, stories, ages, etc).
The only restriction on the kids is that the firstborn for each family must have a name starting with one of the letters in the last bank, and no two firstborns can start with the same letter.
Boys (dads):

Girls (moms):
Rhiannon Olivia Wilhelmina Katyana Judith Petra Siobhan Louisa Niobe Bethan Elizabeth Therese
