Prompt: It has been three years since the last royal child was born, and things have been rather tense lately. Relations with a neighboring kingdom, an ally for the last hundred years, have become strained in the last year. This is the first serious test to the new ruler's diplomatic skills, and many were worried she/he was not up to the task. But relations have been smoothed over successfully--at least for now. Soon after this happy occasion another occurred--the birth of the third royal child!
