Love Rupert and Damian, but since Rupert and Raphael in the same sibset is a little R-heavy, I think Damian is perfect. We could do Damian Rupert or Damian Nathaniel, though.
As for a middle name for Raphael, you liked Raphael Adam, and I liked Raphael Joseph. I don't really like Adam, so more suggestions are: Miles, Henry, and Julian.
