I really like our list so far!
I don't mind Zachariah, I really like the nn Zac, but i don't really like nn's as full names so either Zachary or Zachariah would be fine!
For Nathaniel, I love Nate as a nn and would definitely use that.
I love the sweet simplicity of Rose on its own, but some of the alternatives are just beautiful, and I would also use Rose as a nn for those.
Lily is my favourite of all the variants, but I would consider Lilia as thats actually really pretty as well.
I'm unfamiliar with Isley, but agree that it could work as a nickname for Isla.
I'm not such a fan of the Isobel spelling to be honest... perhaps drop this name if we can't agree?
Love Alex as a nn for Alexandra!
What about including Sebastian nn Bastian? And I like Sophia as well...
Ok so names i'd 'promote' from your like list would be:
Micah
Connor
Seth
Amalia - just on this one, what do you think of Amalie, or Amelie?
Anastasia - question on this one though, what nn would you use?

The only one i'd suggest changes to would be India - perhaps Indiana? or Indigo? I love the nn Indi though so any of these would work.
