It's the name of the mother of a little girl who was tortured and killed in her own home.
Said little girl was named Nixzmary, presumably after her mother.

Oh my god, I had no idea. Wow I hadn't heard that at all. That was in pretty poor taste I just found that name on a website for Puerto Rican baby names, along with the others in that category.
