Scarlett is for Riley's favourite colour and for the fact that the names sound nice together. :) They are moving to Tallahassee for two reasons: first of all, Riley has found a job there as the curator of a museum. Secondly, it is where his twin, Christian, finally showed up, and Riley wants to be nearby for support.
