Really? But Levi & Levy are pronounced totally differently?....
But if I have to change it, make it Asher... hopefully that's ok?

In Hebrew they are the same. It's like Eden in English (ee-den) and in Hebrew (eh-din), Levy just tries to stick to the Hebrew pronouncation, but in Hebrew they're both Leh-vee.
