Caro's New Royalty CAF - Sign ups
I love royalty congrats so I wanted to start my own, but this one is a bit different from the other CAFs that have been made. It will not take place in a fantastic country, but in an actually european country and also it will be playing today (as in 2010). So your royal family would somewho replace the actual royal family which reigns in these countries nowadays.
This round we will start off with the king and queen of your monarchy and some facts about your couple will be placed randomly by using the virtual dice. (the sign-up sheet is at the bottom)You will need the 10 sided dice from: http://www.bgfl.org/bgfl/custom/resources_ftp/client_ftp/ks1/maths/dice/Roll the dice once to find out which country your couple reigns:1 - Spain
2 - Great Britain
3 - Netherlands
4 - Denmark
5 - Sweden
6 - Belgium
7 - Germany
8 - Greece
9 - Norway
10 - Russia(these are some countries that still have a royal family today, but also some that do not have one anymore but used to have them until quite recently.)Roll the dice again to find out if your king or your queen will be the actual monarch. If you roll...even - you have a ruling queen and her husband
uneven - you have a ruling king and his wife
(please indicate this when filling in your signup sheet)
Roll the dice one last time to find out if your kings/queens spouse is a commoner or from an other nobel or royal family. If you roll...even - the spouse is a commoner
uneven - the spouse is from a nobel/royal background
(in both cases it is up to you which country the spouse comes from, but their children will only have names from the country that the couple actually rules.)
The names are really up to you (also the number of names), but remember to use names from your country (so if you have the monarchs of Spain please use spanish names) and also names that a royal family would actually use, so go with more traditional names (no monarchs would name their child Neveah, Bryanna or Krystal).I hope I made myself clear but if there are any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Have fun.

DH: King Erik Magnus Christian Gregers Klemens "HM King Erik" (21)
DW: Queen Vita Elisabeth "HM Queen Vita" (21)Until age twenty, Erik was a stereotypical prince: spoiled, slightly lazy, fairly arrogant, and perpetually bored. He was always quite handsome and was constantly in the public eye, which he found annoying. Girls constantly threw themselves at him until he was bored with them as well, until he met Vita Madsen at college. She was a fiery young liberal, active in protests and campus organizations. She was not impressed by the indolent heir to the throne, which at once attracted him to her. He persued her relentlessly, and eventually she gave in and went on a date with him. She quickly realized that he was not as heartless as he seemed, but that he really didn't know what people expected of him and was afraid of how unprepared to lead he felt. She was a very no-nonsense girl and shook him up, for the better. They fell in love, and as soon as they graduated they married. Only weeks later, Erik's father abdicated the throne and gave it to his son and daughter in law.

Sign ups + questionI got that my DW is the royal Queen and that DH is "just" her husband. Will Felicia get Edvard's surname (Bonde af Säfstaholm)?UN: Julia Elisabeth
Country: Sweden (very ironic. I'm Swedish)
DH: Edvard Erik Johannes Bonde af Säfstaholm (29)
DW: Felicia Hanna Alexandra Adlersparre (23)Never quite happy with her role as royal heir, Felicia had always tried to live a normal life. It wasn't too easy to do. She was homeschooled until she reached high school and then she started studying at a private high school just outside Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. She was shy but very pretty, constantly surrounded with guards who made it very hard to blend in among the other students. After she graduated she took a leap year in Ecuador, happy to find that no one recognized her as crown princess. There she met Edvard. Edvard's parents were both from Swedish nobility but disliked their life as socialites back in Sweden. Before Edvard was even born, they had moved to South America to live what they called a more meaningful life. Therefore, the first time Edvard met Felicia, he had no idea that she was the Swedish princess. He could barely remind himself of where he had seen her before...
Eventually, the truth came out when Edvard and Felicia started dating. They are now married and Felicia is back in Stockholm, ready to enter the throne.

It is really up to you if Felicia takes Edvards surname, but normally the queen keep her name and also their children will get her name just because her statue is more important than her husbands (like it is with Queen Elizabeth II and Philip and their children)
