Re: Round One + question

I'm assuming you mean my real life middle name, not the middle name of one of my in-game characters--please correct me if this is wrong.
UN: ycw
LN: Ross
SO1: Keith Malcolm
SO2: Iris Verity (nee Lewis)
DD: Anastasia Lewis Ross "Anna"
When she found out she was expecting, Iris's marriage was already in trouble. Keith had been charming while seeking to win her heart, but once they were living together it was clear that he was immature and irresponsible. Even without a baby involved, though, Iris believed marriage was for life and had been determined to make things work; the baby added more urgency to that cause. She battled with morning sickness, but tried to keep the house clean and prepare tasty meals for her husband and give him no cause to complain. Keith had never cared about baby names, so Iris decided to name their little girl Anastasia Lewis. Anastasia honored Keith's mother, Stacey, who had always been kind to her; Lewis honored all of her siblings, who had tried to look out for her, and her father, who had done his best (inadequate though it might have been), and her mother, who had died shortly after she was born. It also was part of her name, the one thing she'd had when she had nothing else--which had been often enough. She might never have another child, so she wanted to honor her family and pass on that bit of her name, even though she was having a daughter. Anna was a good baby, and though the first month or three of constant feedings was hard, soon the household fell into a new rhythm. Little Anna seemed to be softening her father's heart, and Stacey was frequently over to help because she was so pleased to have a grandbaby and honored by the name Iris and Keith had chosen. Keith started trying harder at work to provide for his little girl, and Iris started to believe that everything would be all right for their little family.
