HelpNon-Traditional Family Congrats Round 2!
I'm going to post once a week, to try and allow everyone plenty of time to keep up. I don't want to have to drop anybody!
This round, it's been three years since your last baby was born/adopted/obtained in whatever fashion. Single parents, this round you have to decide about how you got pregnant or another baby--a fling, a significant other, adoption, however you want. Just make sure you explain it, and add any significant others you want to keep playing to your family. Other than that, have fun!
The Rules
1. If you miss more than three rounds period you will be dropped. You do not have to make up missed rounds, but you do not get the children for the missed round.
2. Make sure you keep your family type listed before your family so I can keep up with who is doing what.
3. Please bold new additions. This can be done by using < b > name here < /b > without the spaces.
4. Ages are required. I'll keep up with them.

“You get her,” Leo mumbled with a sleepy shove into Rónán’s side. Rónán sleeps on like a rock. Murray is about to get up, but Leo’s not that heartless. Murray had a busy day yesterday and he’s tired. Leo pushed himself up and out from between the two boys, slipping out of bed.
“Pip,” Leo hushed, picking her up and trying to muffle her cries into his shoulder as he bounced her and carried her into the kitchen. They’d started trying to adopt two years ago when Leland had been only a year old and Philippa had come to them just a few weeks ago. Somehow the family felt like she’d filled the void they didn’t realize they had.
Once she had something to eat, she was quick to settle down. Leo sat watching her dark eyes roam around, knowing she saw much worse than he did, but still wondering what her bluish eyes could make out in the dim lighting. It had been eight years since Leo had held a little girl in his arms. It felt a lot the same, but he felt significantly more confident this time around.
When he sat the burping cloth aside, Philippa’s eyes were heavy and Leo knew how she felt. He laid back on the sofa and placed Philippa on his bare chest, rubbing her back soothingly until she settled.
Murray found them an hour or so later and Leo woke up to the flash of the younger boy’s camera. His eyes focused on Murray and his arm reached over to brush through Murray’s hair. “Go to bed.”
“It was cold without you and Rónán won‘t let anyone touch him and if he sleeps any harder he‘ll be snoring,” Murray complained. Leo laughed and tugged playfully on Murray’s dark locks.
“I vote we make Rónán get up with them in the morning.”
Murray nodded in agreement and carefully picked up Philippa up from Leo’s chest. “Rónán‘s gonna love us.”

The Hewitt-Hirsch's moved about a year ago, out of their apartment to a small home away from the core of the city. Candace's sister and brothers are still frequent visitors as well as Peter's family.
Peter is studying to become a dentist while Candace is taking her time at home right now to focus on their children and some of her writing. She plans on going to night school soon to continue her plans to become a teacher.

They went with a Spanish middle name again (the kids chose Diego from the Ice Age movies, and Josh and Maria agreed), and everyone approved Gabriel, which was Irena's idea. Gabriel Diego was born three weeks early, but was perfectly healthy and weighed more than six pounds. He was a fussy baby at first, suffering from colic, but he got better after a few months. Camilla, thankfully, was never jealous, and is an excellent big sister, imitating her own sisters and brother in how to act around Gabe. The entire family is thrilled with the new addition.

Josh and Maria were thinking about adopting again, but before they could decide Maria was pregnant! Everyone was so excited--Irena and Tony and Camilla couldn't wait to tell their friends, Hannah did a whole presentation to her kindergarten class (Maria was her show and tell!) and Camilla couldn't stop talking about her "real baby!" The kids were all so excited, Maria and Josh decided to include them in on the naming again.
