Dear Sophie,I was surprised when you said we will try to get Adela a pet. Is she allergic? I hope she isn't, but we'd better make sure. We don't want to get her a big fluffy cat only to find that even though she loves it, she gets ill.I'm glad Adela is getting on very quickly with speaking - no Addy or Awewa for her, just plain Adela. It'll take time, but I think she'll say Catherine soon. She still fumbles round with Alexander, though. It's funny.

My middle name is Jacqueline. I took Adela to the doctor the other day to test for common allergies. It seems that she's allergic to dogs, but cats are just fine. The peanut test was inconclusive -- we'd better be careful with our food until we know for sure!Oh, I believe we missed a little in the last round about the story of Adela's birth. She was born right around dawn, 6:58 am, but what is her birthday? I thought it was some time early in the year but I'm not sure. She has lovely wavy brown hair like us, your nose, and gray eyes like her mother.

To be fair, we both have grey eyes. But yes, it's your big, round eyes. I think it was...spring?Then, should we get a cat? What cat? Or something else? Rabbits? Not ponies though. It's too...eccentric for London. Then, so far:LN: Church

So we do.Ah yes, it was April 18th. I remember.
A cat or two rabbits, I think. Your choice.

Maybe we should just get her two rabbits. There's something about cats that make me a bit tense - the scratching on doors, the purring and the toppling over of food bowls to eat from them. And rabbits won't exactly bite Adela, and they won't claw. Just make sure she's ready to have two rabbits and a few rabbit kids...Should we name them or let her name them? She's got odd naming ideas - Prince, Princess, Star, Belle...Maybe she'll name them after some fictional rabbits. I hear she likes Bambi's Thumper.

Rabbits are good with me. I think we should let her name them, unless she wants to name them after us!

Well then, let her have rabbits! I think we can go to the pet store this Saturday to let her choose along.Any plans on having more children soon?

I'd love to have more children. Adela is so sweet and as long as we stay near the city, I think I could stay home most days and do some designs at home.
