This is really tough cause they are all great names
My favorite first name for Lucy and Raphael is Adeline followed by Gisella then Catalina and finally Isabella. They middle names are a bit repatitious but they are definetly my favorite choices as well.

I have a question, if I chose Gisella Carmen Aurelia would you be against that? I just feel that it sounds slightly better and then we don't have this problem: Lucretia Arianna Carmen Louisa "Lucy"

Yes we are. ^_^Sorry if I drove you crazy at all. I can get a little OCD, I have an uncle in my family who is and many of us have tiny traits. I'm not actually OCD, I just have a few of the qualities, only in a very minor way.

Adeline Isadora Arianna Celeste is my favorite in my whole list.
I feel it honors both families, follows nice and gives a little originality to the baby
