Hi! The combo Nikolai Eric is impossible to get, so you somehow made a mistake.
You either chose Shannon as your favorite name (to the question) and need to pick a new middle name from name bank 2.
OR
You chose River as your favorite name (to the question) and need to pick a new first name from name bank 1.

Sorry, I thought there were only four namebanks. I didn't really look at the numbers *headesk*, it was a slow day for me, sorry again!
