Took this idea from a Nanny themed CAF a while back (can’t remember who posted it but credit where credit is due)

#1 The Geller-Green Family
DH: Ross ____ Geller (35)
DW: Rachel Karen Green (34)
DH’s DS: Ben ____ Geller-Willick-Bunch (9)
DD: Emma ___ Geller-Green (2)

Ross’s middle name is Jewish, but also easily recognisable in English.
Ben’s middle name honours his mother Carol’s life partner Susan in some way (e.g. has a similar meaning, is of the same origin, starts with same letter etc.)
Emma’s middle name was in the top 50 most popular names in 2002.

#2 The Bing Family
DH: Chandler Muriel Bing (36)
DW: Monica E___ Geller-Bing (34)
DS/DD: Jack ____ Bing / Erica ___ Bing (nb)

Monica’s middle name begins with an E and is Jewish
Jack’s middle name is a popular Jewish name
Erica’s middle name is a common ‘modern filler’ name

DH: Michael ____ “Mike” Hannigan (34)
DW: Phoebe ____ Buffay-Hannigan (36)

Mike’s middle name is classic and elegant
Phoebe’s middle name was popular in the 1960s
