Transformation CAF
This is something I thought might be fun. Basically, you take a family that is already created and transform the names so that it becomes an entirely new family.
Here are the types of transformations you can use:
1. You may swap the first and middle names. For example, John William "Jack" can become William John "Liam."
2. You may change either the first or middle name to something obviously similar or related or that has the same meaning. For example, the name Elizabeth can be transformed to Elspeth, Bethany, or Elisa, but cannot become Isabel. (If it is less obvious WHY the names are related, please explain.) Or Nathaneal (meaning "God has given") can become Theodore (meaning "Gift of God") because their meanings are almost the same.
3. You may keep the same initials but change both the first and middle names to something similar in tone, rhythm, era, For example, Jeremiah Reagan may become Jedidiah Roosevelt because the first names are both biblical and the middle names are both names of US Presidents. Or Joshua can become Jacob because they are both popular/trendy names. (Again, if it is less obvious WHY the names fit this category, please explain.)
4. You may change the gender of a child and change the name to be a feminine or masculine form of the previous name. For example, Christopher Alexander can become Christina Alexandra or even Kirsten Alexia.
5. One child's name (either first or middle, but not both) may be changed to honor either the parents or the grandparents.
And finally the rules:
1. EVERY child must have ONE transformation done to their name: no more, no less. You may NOT change the parents' or grandparents' names.
2. Please list which rule (the number will suffice) you used to transform each name. You can use the same rule for every child or you can use a different rule for every child.
3. You must name a new son or daughter that fits in with your new family.
