Heather and Rachel have finally gotten settled, and are ready for a family. They plan on adopting two siblings, a 1 year-old big brother and a new-born little sister. The mother, unfortunately, has terminal cancer and is progressing rapidly. Unable to keep them, she made the heart-wrenching decision to place them with a family that could care for them. She hand-picked the Hart-Stone family, and they got to be a part of her pregnancy.

The mother's name is April Louisa, and the son is Louis Jackson. They plan on keeping Louis, but want to move Jackson to the second middle name position and replace it with a more modern name. Heather and Rachel want honor the mother and use a version or portion of her name in the daughter's first, second or third name. They want names with a modern feel for the other two names.
