Hello and welcome to IndiaLOVE's Writing Congrats game! This is my first time attempting to host a congrats game, so...*fingers crossed*
This is a Writing Congrats game, so you'll have to write a piece about your family every round. For this, you'll get a random event. I have twelve planned random events (which I will change and renumber every round :P), so please select a number, as this will give you something to write about in the next round. If anyone forgets to choose a number, I'll add one randomly. I will also include naming rules in several rounds.
I'll take and keep track of the first 15 sign-ups (not counting my own). After that, feel free to sign up, but you'll have to keep track of your family yourself.
Families can consist of mother and father, mother and mother, father and father or single parents, and they can be married or not. Children can be adoptive or biological. Parents can split up, marry, remarry or die throughout the game, so be prepared!

Franklin and Alice are both authors. Franklin started writing at age 8 and had a book published at 17. That book skyrocketed to the top of the best seller list. Since then, he has written 2 sequels to the book and his fans, mainly teenage girls, are excited for the fourth book in the series to hit shelve. Franklin met Alice when he was 19 years old. He was in a meeting with his publishers just before the release of the first sequel when Alice, not realizing that she was mistaken about the time for her meeting, came an hour early to her meeting. Alice was halfway through getting her first book, a murder mystery novel set in 19th century England, published. Being a fan of Franklin's novel (which was a fantasy-romance novel involving an attractive teen from the year 4391, named Panos, time traveling to modern times and falling in love with a geeky teenage girl, Amelia), Alice fangirl screamed when she saw Franklin come out of the meeting room. This happened a couple times over the next few months (minus, of course, the fangirl screaming, which only happened the first time). Around the third time they ran into eachother at the publisher's office, Franklin asked Alice if she wanted to grab lunch. They went to a local diner (where a group of 14 year old girls screamed "OH MY GOD IT'S FRANKLIN MASEN!" and asked for autographs (which he gladly gave, and took pictures with the girls)), and talked for a long time.
Franklin got married just last month. They wedding took place in Alice's grandmother's garden. The wedding was not announced to the press or public until after it took place. There was at most 50 people who attending the wedding, family and friends.

Writing For This Round: Jude and Cat (dubbed "JC" by the media) have been dubbed one of Hollywood's newest "it" couples. Jude is six foot tall, blonde-haired and a well-known actor, and met Cat when she performed a small background roll in one of his films. He was attracted to her, and got her work (under her pre-marriage name of Cat Stefan) as the leading female in the next movie he starred in, "Souls Reunited". Cat was thrilled - up until this, she had been a small-time actress, and had always idolised Jude and his work. She was a quiet, brown-haired girl from Iowa, and could not believe her luck when she realised that Jude had fallen in love with her.
The couple dated privately for three months before the relationship caught the public's attention. Shortly after this, Cat moved into Jude's California apartment. The couple married in a huge and highly publicised ceremony, and honeymooned in the Caribbean. Jude adored the Caribbean so much that he purchased a mansion there, and now Jude and Cat divide their time between the Caribbean and California. They are very much in love and can't wait to start a family together.

Writing For This Round: Caleb is strong and muscular. He has reddish-brown hair and dark green eyes. Abbie is slender and graceful. She has brown hair with blonde highlights and blue-green eyes.
Caleb and Abbie have known each other since 6th grade. For Caleb, it was true love at first sight. It took Abbie a little longer for her to figure out that she liked Caleb, but after finding out that he liked her, it wasn't very hard for her to realize her true feelings for him. They were each other's first and only boyfriend/girlfriend.
They were married at the ages of 20 and 19 and neither of them has regreted it since. They had a rather large wedding, about 400 people. The theme was Valentine's Day since it was held that day.
Abbie is now a teacher at the local high school and is one of the students' favorites because, her being younger, she isn't that strict. Caleb is an animal trainer and has to travel some for his job, but not too much.
Both of them wish to have children someday and want to have a large family.

Avi's father, Isaac David Hirsch, made a birthright trip to Israel when he was eighteen. He met Avi's mother, seventeen-year-old Shira Lior Rosen, and found himself unable to return to the States for being so in love with her. Isaac stayed in Israel, and he and Shira were married only months after meeting (despite protests from Shira's rather conservative family).
Avi was born two years later in Tel Aviv. He had a happy, normal childhood. Both his parents were free spirited, if somewhat indulgent (having both come from fairly wealthy families and not being shy about wanting their son to have the best of everything). Isaac and Shira owned a bookstore, where Avi spent hours pouring over literature, both in Hebrew and English, and developing an intense love for the written word.
When Avi was eleven, his mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer during a routine physical. The disease was not caught early enough, and despite receiving the best medical care available, she died less than six months later with her son and husband at her bedside.
Utterly heartbroken at the loss, Isaac sleepwalked through life for quite a while, hardly noticing that his son was hurting just as severely. Avi had begun acting out: skipping school, doing drugs, getting in fights, committing wanton acts of petty vandalism with his new crowd of delinquent friends. After the third time his son was brought home by the police for various indiscretions of this nature, Isaac decided that they both needed a change.

Aidan is a profesional soccer player and were in Russia to play when he met the love of his life, Anya. Anya was at his match to photograph,since she is a photographer. Aidan quite fel in to her to tell the truth. He said he was sorry and continued to play. Afterwards he met Anya again and asked her out for a drink, just to say sorry once again. The two of them soon realised that they had very much in common and they had very fun together. Aidan stayed in Russia for a week and when that week was over Anya went to the US with Aidan to work for a model for two weeks. When those two weeks were over the two of them were already together. Anya went home to Russia to pick her stuff up and then moved in to Aidan.
One and a half year later they got married. They had a huge wedding at Hawaii with all their friends and family. It's been a half year since then and the two of them is planning on having children soon.

She meets a bartender on the strip by the name of Asher who leaves his number on a napkin for her. She calls and after a few short days and nights together, it's like they were meant to be. Sophie tells Asher that she has never seen Emmy as happy as she is when she's with him and that he cannot let her leave. He understands and just as Emmy is ready to board the plane, he grabs her hand and begs her to stay telling her that he has never felt the way he feels with her, that he loves her, that he wants to marry her, and that she cannot leave. She then informs him that she has a fiance back home named Mael. She does not love Mael, but he will keep her safe, as his father is the Cheif of Police in Paris. She informs him that she is serious about marrying Mael even more now because she has just found out that is about a month pregnant with his baby. He holds her and says that she needs to break it off and not tell Mael about the baby. He says she can pretend the baby is his, because he will love the baby as his own. He explains that he wants her to have his babies and she cries as she tells him that she wants the same things.
She and Sophie stay in Las Vegas, staying in his apartment as they start planning their lives. Sophie and Emmy are applying for US citizenship and attempting to transfer to Boston University where Asher plans on going to graduate school. Emmy has since broken things of with Mael informing him that she has been unfaithful and is now pregnant with another man's baby. He tells her that he too has been having an affair, dating a Belgian actress. They part amicably and he wishes her and her baby good health.

Writing For This Round: Channing Abbott was born in Great Britain into a middle-class english family. After grammar school he went to the University of Liverpool to study law. It was then that he met Hyun-Jin Bae, an exchange student from Daegu, South Korea, who spend a year studying at the University. They became friends over the time and eventually fell in love. After only 2 months of being a couple, Hyun-Jin had to leave Great Britain to go back to her homecountry. They kept in touch via the Internet, but missed eachother dearly.
After spending a semester at the Kyungpook National University, Hyun-Jin decided to go back to Great Britain and return to the University of Liverpool. She and Channing moved in together and were a couple. When both graduated from University and began their new jobs, Channing asked Hyun-Jin to marry him, of course she said Yes.
Their wedding took place in southern England with all their relatives and friends (many of them flew in from S. Korea).
Afterwards they spend their Honeymoon in Athens and returned after having spend 2 weeks there.

Writing For This Round: Prince James was born into the British Monarchy, his father is also a Prince and his mother a Princess. He studied at the best schools in Britain before he joined the Household Cavalry, follow in his father's footsteps. He's quite charming, and a bit of a rebel. Like other 22-year-olds, he enjoys partying and hanging out with his friends..which is how he met Janie.
Janie McCall is an American girl, enrolled at Columbia University in New York City, where she studies International Relations and Politics. She is passionate and beautiful, and stands up for what she believes in. She was studying abroad when she unexpectedly met James.
The two met at a club in central London. Janie was trying to get into a club when the man at the door would not let her in. Janie, not afraid to express her feeling, stood there arguing with him when James walked to the front of the line. The bouncer immediately gave his attention to HRH and completely ignored Janie. Unfazed that the Prince of England was standing next to her, she continued to argue with the man. Intrigued with this mystery girl, James invited her in. She thanked him, and continued on her way. Janie knew of the Prince and his (sometimes) wild ways and was hesistant to be involved with him, but neither of them could keep their eyes off each other all night, without speaking one word. At the end of the night, James walked up to her and asked her out. Politely, she declined. James, determined to have a date with this woman, continued to ask her. As she walked up to her cab, she told him where she was staying if he was truly interested in having a date with her. The next day, James showed up at her dorm with a bouquet of roses and asked her out - again. Janie lingered for awhile, knowing that going out with him would obviously turn heads - she is a commoner, he is a Royal... but she couldn't help herself...and said yes. Since their first date, the two have been inseparable. All of England knows, they've been in the papers and stole the headlines of all the major gossip magazines in Europe and America. But, to them, it doesn't matter what everyone says, because they are in love.
But, in one month, Janie must return to the States...

Winter and Michael run their own lanscape gardening business and it is going very well. Mick is a professional gardener known for his skills and ability to restore old gardens. Winter, brought up as an only child to two hippy parents, loves the nature but does not have the patience or skills needed to do the work Mick does. Unexpectedly she has found a job she loves in the administrative work necessary to run the business. She loves to meet people and bargain with suppliers. Winter has a fiery personality while Mick is more gentle. They met when Winter delivered plants to one of Mick's projects and they soon became a couple. Now, three years later they have just moved into an old house in the country side with beautiful surroundings and are hoping to start a family.

Winter and Michael run their own lanscape gardening business and it is going very well. Mick is a professional gardener known for his skills and ability to restore old gardens. Winter, brought up as an only child to two hippy parents, loves the nature but does not have the patience or skills needed to do the work Mick does. Unexpectedly she has found a job she loves in the administrative work necessary to run the business. She loves to meet people and bargain with suppliers. Winter has a fiery personality while Mick is more gentle. They met when Winter delivered plants to one of Mick's projects and they soon became a couple. Now, three years later they have just moved into an old house in the country side with beautiful surroundings and are hoping to start a family.

Leo Hart, a novelist, and Kitty Moxon, a politics and jourmalism student, have been together for three years now and have shared an apartment for the past year. Writing For This Round: Jasper Whittaker-Jones was born the son of an English Lord and a French actress, inheriting both his mother's good looks and his father's fortune. He has been in some form of education for most of his life and is in the middle of his fifth degree (Celtic Civilisation) which brought him to Glasgow University. It was there that he met Novella.
Mysterious and beautiful, Novella is known in the art world by her first name only. Despite being famed for her contribution to modern art she lectures in her true passion, fine art, at the Glasgow School of Art. Novella is very laid back and dislikes any kind of drama.
Jasper and Novella met at a club and hit it off straight away. They eloped to Gretna Green and were wed six months after that first meeting. For Jasper it was true love, but for Novella it was physical attraction and some good fun. She's still waiting to fall in love with Jasper but being spontaneous had went through with the wedding anyway. She does believe that Jasper is the one for her though and thinks she just needs to give herself some more time before she's ready to fall in love with him.
