Create a Neighborhood – CAF style
Instead of doing a multi round congrats, I’m going to give you the whole thing at once, in CAF form. There are 8 families, and each has different rules. Have fun!

House 1:
Stereotypical All-American family—father and mother, son and daughter, dog. The dad has a white collar cubicle job, and the mom stays at home with the kids.
They have a very common surname. MN can be whatever you like.
The parents’ FNs were both popular in the 80s.
The son’s first name is in the top 100 for 2004. His middle name honors his father.
The girl’s first name is in the top 100 for 2007. Her middle name is between 300 and 500 on the same chart.
The dog has a stereotypical dog name.

The younger boy and girl have names that DW thought sounded American.
Their surname is one syllable.

The DW’s kids’ names are linked in some way (same meaning, both nature names, same number of letters or syllables, etc.) Their surname is hyphenated—their surname from before ended in a y, it’s hyphenated with the DH’s surname.
The kids they had together have uncommon first names. Their middle names can be anything. Their surname is the same as the DH’s kids.
