HelpNeighboorbood Congrats Round 1 - signups still welcome...
I know I said I would not take any signups once started but I am excited to start and didnt really give the signups enough time so I will take signups this round only. So if you want to sign up please do so on the sign up post and then come back here for round one!
These are the players I have so far: Anna Kate, Ashley, Atheistia, bananarama, Caledonia, CB, Elianora, Emilie, estel, Georgia-Claire, Gloria Rose, guest33, Katana_fawn, Keepskuh, mayflower, michal1234, Nikki, Rachel Dianne, Rachel Shaina, Stephanie and Thalia.
I will not be posting your neighboorhood every round bc that would take many posts and alot of board space, but I will be keeping up with them all and they are available by request at any time.
Remember: If you miss 3 rounds for any reason you will be dropped.
Follow the rules to name your family for this round...
Family Number One
This family is made up of mom, dad, 2 little boys, 2 little girls and a cat. They have a very common last name and mom and dad both have very common names for the year they were born. For that reason they have decied to give their children uncommon first names. They want the names to be uncommon but not unheard of. They do not want the names to be in the top 500 for the year before the children were born. Middle names are all family names and were picked to honor mom and dad's parents. Dad's parents were George Alexander and Miriam Esther. Mom's parents were Harold Washington and Lydia Rosemary. Mom and Dad let the children name the cat and they chose a typical cat name.
Last name must come from here and be one of the top 10. Use the country that your neighborhood is located in: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_most_common_surnames
Dad's name (first and middle) must come from here: http://www.ssa.gov/OACT/babynames/ and must be in the top 50 for the year 1974 (if your family is not from the USA, feel free to use your own counties list but you must post a link to it, so that I can see it. If you dont post a link and Im going to assume you used the US names)
Mom's name: same place but for the year 1975
Remember children's first names can be whatever you want them to be as long as they are not in the top 500 for the year BEFORE the children were born and middle names are to honor grandparents. The children were born in 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2008.

Feel free to add anything else you would like about your family.
