Welcome Evin and Leigha!
Evin Matthew and Leigha Paige are siblings from New York. Evin is 21 months old, and Leigha is 8 months old. They were taken from their biological mother after emergency room doctors found cigarette burns on Evin's arms and chest. They have been in foster care for six months, and their mother lost parental rights after refusing to take anger management classes and failing her drug tests.
Evin is a healthy little boy and enjoys climbing, exploring, and playing with trains. He can walk and climb stairs, and is developmentally normal for a boy of his age.
Leigha is deaf in one year, but otherwise developmentally normal.
