Gabe & Mari were a bit surprised to learn that Matt hated his formal name. He loved his nickname but wanted something a little more unique as he was constantly getting confused with the three other Matthews in his class. Gabe & Mari talked it over with Matt and agreed to change just his first name. He picked Mattias which is working just fine. They also welcomed another daughter which Lillie is extremely happy and the boys are intent on "protecting" her.
