Kate find out that she’s having sextuplets. What do you do? Do you under go selective reduction? If you don’t, do all children survive?
Kate must be very fertile woman. Her first pregnancy was also sextuplets but Kate & Hunter chose to undergo selective reduction which was the hardest decision they had ever made. Kate thought that she wouldn't have to face such a heartbreaking decision never again, but she was wrong. Seven years later she was again in a similar situation. Hunter was sure that selective reduction was the best option, but Kate just couldn't do it again. The sextuplets were born three months early on Valentine's Day. Two of them, a boy named Valentine and a girl named Zoe, died soon after birth. The surviving babies Tristan, Scarlett, Miranda and Freya have suffered many health problems due to their premature birth. Tristan is blind, and it's not known yet if the girls have any long-term health effects. Doctors say that the children will likely have mild learning disabilities in the future.
