HelpLauren's foreign-names-only congrats sign-ups
I've decided to do a congrats game with only foreign names. The SO's may be named anything you want...not necessarily foreign, but all the children will be adopted from various countries, and thus, will have foreign names. I will post the first round in the next couple of days.

Also, please give me your top 5-10 foreign names for boys and girls. These will go into a name bank for round one. I will accept as many as want to play, but you must keep track of your family yourself, as I almost always mess it up if I try to do this myself. I will post the links to each round; anyone can sign up at any time, as long as you catch up as quickly as possible.
