Ack. I use popularity data to name adopted kids... I try not to do doubles, but the families are getting really big, so it's difficult. Uhm... You are allowed to change adopted kids names, as the rules say.
If that's not what you want to do, Ethan Gage becomes > Devin Gage, and Owen Alexander becomes Nathan Alexander.
