Is it alright if I alter the adopted son's name from 'Liam Noah' to 'William Noah "Liam"'?
Next round I'd like both an adopted and biological child again, thanks. No preference on gender but I would prefer it to be a baby or toddler (no older than Alyssa) from any English-speaking country. Thank you!

The rules said you can change your adopted child's name, and William is one of the top names (meaning it can always be used). So yes, yes you can.
