Thank you for these children. Upon welcoming them into our home, we asked them if they'd like to change their names. Chelsea liked her middle name, but wanted to change her first name. She's now Susannah Rose, and she loves going by her full name. Jesse kept his first name, but his middle name has been respelled to by Michael. Alec kept his name as is.
The older children love Alec, Jesse, and Susannah Rose, and are all very nurturing. Edward and Alec have become almost inseparable, and are always in the yard playing soccer or baseball (Alec has lost a few pounds due to the exercise), and you can often hear them discussing books they've read recently. Jesse and Ashley have bonded very well, and Ashley enjoys teaching him new things.
Susannah Rose, upon understanding that she's now an aunt, has taken a very motherly role to baby Jude.
Larry and Janis have Tirzah, Parisa, Zakiah, Ashley, Edward, Alec, and Jesse and Susannah Rose, and a grandson Jude.
