Rachel Shay’s Neighborhood NTNB – Round 2
Next round another family will "move in" to this neighborhood.
The Baker Family
DH: John William Baker [27]
DW: Jennifer Marie Baker (nee Aiken) [26]“Jenn”
DS: Everett Keane Baker [2] (molly)
DD:
Another baby is on the way for John and Jenn, a girl this time. Again, they don’t want a name that starts with J, and they’d like it to be uncommon. They’d also like if it sounded nice with Everett’s name.
The Xylander Family
DH: Gregory Maxwell Xylander “Greg” [32]
DW: Masami Junko Xylander (nee Kagome) [29]
DD: Nyx Yuzuki Xylander [5]
DD: Kalliope Setsuko Xylander “Kallie” [2] (Lena)
DD:
Nyx has started kindergarten, and Kallie will be starting preschool soon. Perfect timing, in Greg and Masami’s eyes—another little girl is on the way for them. They once again want a Greek Goddess name for the first name, and a Japanese middle name. They prefer if the names go together, but it's not necessary. (ie. Nyx is goddess of night, and Yuzuki contains Zuki, meaning moon)
The Saunders Family
DH: Stephen Daniel Saunders [28]
DW: Christine Laura Saunders [26] (nee Desmond)
DS: Noah Xavier [2] (twin to Lily) (Summer)
DD: Lily Seraphina [2] (twin to Noah) (Mar / Elianora)
DS/DD:
Stephen and Christine are expecting ANOTHER set of twins, and they asked the two-year-old twins what names *they* liked. Stephen and Christine prefer that their choices come before their children’s, but are willing to at least take the kid’s choices into account. (If one of the nicknames on the kid’s lists is chosen, they’d prefer a full name for it)
Christine’s boy’s list: Zayn, Ashley, Asa, Gideon, Solomon, Dorian, Ezekiel, Raphael, Isidore
Christine’s girl’s list: Zakiah, Xanthe, Maud, Octavia, Edith, Lux, Ethel, Parisa, Liliana
Stephen’s boy’s list: Aidan, Ryan, James, Jacob, David, Evan, Luke, Ethan, Samuel
Stephen’s girl’s list: Emily, Emma, Ava, Madison, Abigail, Ella, Anna, Ashley, Sophie
Noah’s boy’s list: Bucket, Steve, Elmo, Timmy, Tommy,
Noah’s girl’s list: Suzie, Zoey, Pebbles, Batman, Misty, Minnie
Lily’s boy’s list: Fred, Cosmo, Spongebob, Speed Racer, Nemo
Lily’s girl’s list: Hannah, Lucy, Paprika, Steffie, Wanda,
The Richards-Zimmerman Family

DH: Mattan Elior Zimmerman “Matt” [32]

Now that Kevin and Matt have had little Toria in their home for two years, they think it’s time for her to have a sibling. They’re adopting a 1-year old boy from Vietnam, named Quan Tu. Once again, they’d like to use one of those names as his middle name, to honor his heritage, and are interested in a nature meaning (like star, ocean, etc) for his first name, but they aren’t interested in word names.
