It's really been the sniffly season this winter, all the kids have had colds. Poor Magda had it the worst though; she got glandular fever just when everything seemed to be clearing up. She's mostly better now but is still quite fatigued, and the doctor has said to keep her resting for a few weeks.

Unfortuatly, Victoria got in a car accident. It was not her fault but she had leg injuries. She know has to be in a wheelchair. She is annoyed to be inmobile and trys hard in physical theropy. We all hope that she gets better soon. It is probably temporarily. The doctor expects her to be out of the wheelchair by next year if she keeps up working hard.

Michael's brother has always worked for the CIA, but when he asked Michael for help, he was flabbergasted. His brother needed help finding about one of Michael's work colleigues. When he heard that, he immediately said no. It was one of his close friends and he absolutely would not help his brother. They had a huge fight and are now not talking, but Rebecca thinks that they will soon get back together.
In happier news Rebecca and Michael now have another beautiful daughter, Emily Rose Tanner. Sister for James, 3, and Sarah, 1. She is a beautiful baby and hardly ever cries. James and Sarah absolutely love their new sister, and R&M hope that will stay that way.

My sister and her husband were in a car accident. They both went into comas and were hospitalized. Their four kids, Elijah, Patrick, Daisy and Hannah, came to live with us. My sis and her husband were just let out of the hospital (after 2 months) and the kids are back living with her.

Tragically, neither survived, and they left behind two sons - Max, who is eight, and Jacob, who is five. There were a few relatives, but none really had the means to care for two young boys, and knowing how much our own son loves playing with them, John and I discussed the possibility of taking them in. And after having them at our house for a couple of weeks, it seemed like the right thing to do. First, Jace found out about a young couple whose adoption of twin toddlers had been denied due to one of their having a criminal record, and he proposed that he and Trenton adopt the children themselves. Trenton was skeptical, considering his dangerous job, but Jace persuaded him.
A little over a year later, Trenton was assigned to go undercover with a German aristocrat and his family when it was discovered the aristocrat could be planning a terroristic attack on the United States. While there, he met the aristocrat's five children, who were being abused by both their father and their private tutor. The two oldest, who were aged seventeen and fifteen, were abusing drugs, and the oldest daughter, aged thirteen, had been cutting herself with a razor. When Trenton got out, he asked Jace if they could adopt all five children. This time, it was Jace's turn to be skeptical - afterall, he was the one who had been raising four children between the ages of fourteen and four for the past eight months. They compromised by hiring a nanny to help them out, although Trenton was careful to screen her carefully before he would agree to it, after what he had seen in Germany.
Trenton and Jace now have nine children, none of whom are their own. Alaric is almost eighteen, Henry is almost sixteen, Nicholas has just turned fifteen, Margaret is almost fourteen, Dylan is eleven, Carlos is eleven, Eleanor and John are five, and Abigail is four. It's quite a madhouse before school in the mornings!

Keane's grandfather Myron Dwayne died one month ago. So when our boy was born he wanted to honor his grandfather in his middlename. I said that it was a great idea but I didn't like Myron or Dwayne so we decided to choose other names.
I thought that Mirza was a great name and it also started with a M just like Myron. Then we came up with Dylan for his firstname and Keane said that it was his grandfathers intiald, backwards!
