Evan and I recently had a fight because I got a job offer in Chicago and really wanted to take it, but he didn't think it would be good for the kids to transfer schools so suddenly, especially when Dylan and Lily have just started kindergarten and all the kids are very comfortable with their school. We decided to discuss it with the kids, and they all quite liked the idea of moving to Chicago, even if it meant leaving their original school. We have moved now and are living in a beautiful new home. Evan and I have also settled our fight and are now doing fine.
