3 years have passed in the lives of the Dalton family.
Having 4 very successful children has certainly reaped it rewards for Xander and Sarah. Thomas has recently designed them a magnificent home, which Lily, Isabel and Juliet paid to have built for them, on a 500 acre block of land! Both Xander and Sarah have been able to retire, leaving Xander to try and turn their land into a workable ranch, and Sarah is volunteering at numerous charities.
Thomas and Evelyn are as much in love as they were when they were 16, and that bond grew with the birth of Henri 3 years ago. Now Evelyn has just given birth to a beautiful baby girl. Carrer wise, things couldn't be better for the small family. Thomas has been made vice-president of his division, a huge acheivement for someone so young, and Evelyn's art is really starting to be recognised, she even has a exhibition at a popular manhattan gallery soon!
Lily and Isabel have both got married since we last met up with the Dalton's in a lavish double ceremony, unlike ANYTHING L.A. had ever seen before. Lily married her music producer, and Isabel broke the hearts of thousands of girls by marrying the hottest actor in town. Their carrers have sky-rocketed with Lily's debut album selling more than 10 million copies! Not to mention that Isabel won an Oscar for best supporting actress!
Juliet is still writing, but she has left the realm of novels and has moved more in screenplays with the support of her husband Ryan. Ryan's career stalled out a bit after the wedding, producers began to think that he was just an impulsive kid, but his happy marriage is proving them wrong every day and he's slowly climbing his way back up.
Liam came out of Juve a very different person than when he went in... but not in a good way. Before he went in, he was only heading down the wrong path, but thanks to a few people he met inside, he came out heading down that same path at a dead set run. Not long after getting out he took off to New York. Apart from the occasional letter to Emily, no one's heard or seen him since. The family can't understand where they went wrong with Liam, but they aren't quite ready to give up on him yet. Thomas and Xander are going to New York next month to find Liam and bring him home, whether he wants to come or not.
And that brings us back to little Emily. Still a very calm and placid child, she does have a slight hero worship of her own older sisters these days. She'll be spending her summer in L.A. with Lily, Isabel and Juliet... and Sarah is a little apprehensive of how Emily will handle the media that follows her other 3 daughters around like a pack of hungry dogs.
