Please copy the entire thing, not just the name banks.
LN: Collins
DH: William Henry "Scottie"
DW: Julia Alice Yates "Tess"
Give DW a first, middle, and maiden name by eliminating two names from each list. The first names are those of First Ladies of the US. The middle names are from Shakespeare. The maiden names are from my Algebra and Geometry classes. :)
The last eliminator gets to make up the nickname, which should come from the maiden name.
FN: Julia
MN: Alice
Maiden Name: Yates
Taking: Juliet and Mariana
LN: Collins
