Elliott - I dislike most surnames as first names.
Emerson - Sorry RedFox742! *hides under desk* I just really hate this name. It's the name of an electrical company and I associate it as being a brand rather than a name.
Eric - I find this name boring.

Eli - it's a nickname, nor a first name
Emilio - this name has always reminded me of something slimy

Taking Emmanuel, it sounds a bit whiny in the middle, Ernesto because of the word earnest, and Ethan, because of evil Ethan in 'Lost'.
