Here's how it works. One parent is either French-Jewish, French-Italian, or Jewish-Italian. The other parent is the third. Ex: I make the dad French-Jewish, making the mom Italian. Then, you have to pick 2 last names, one for the parent with the two (ex: the dad above would have a Jewish last name because Jewish is second on that list) and one for the other (so the mom's last name is Italian) and hyphenate them. So the family above could be the Blumenthal-Rossetti's. Each of the children should have a French, Jewish and Italian name, so one of the kids of that family above could be Rivka Lucie Isabella Blumenthal-Rossetti, in any order. The lists that I gave links to are the namebanks. Now here's the family:
