DW: First name must be a common middle name, middle name must be a common first name (USA 2005)
DD: First name must start with "M", middle name must be your favorite name for girls
DS: First name must be a word name, middle name must be your favorite name for boys
DS/DD: First name must have an "earthy meaning", middle name must start with K/First name must be italian, middle name must have an "airy" meaning.
DDog (male): Must start with the letters Q, X, Y, Z, or O
DCat (female): Must be a form of Katherine. (Can be Katherine.)
