Andrew Yuval (Drew) and Alexis Casey (Lexa) are siblings from Canada. Drew is eleven, and Lexa is seven. Both were found in the woods two years ago, after having run away from their abusive parents. Drew loves his little sister very much, and wants her to have a good life. He is excited that you have a little boy who enjoys swimming, because he aspires to swim in the olympics (and is very skilled). Lexa is shy around strangers, but once she gets to know you, she's very sweet and lovable. She is excited to meet your daughter, because she enjoys reading too!

We have found five wonderful children for you!
Twin boys Ferdinand and Samuel are both wonderful children! They are two years old and very happy and bubbly. Both enjoy listening to music and being with people.
Sierra, Marcia, and Louisa are triplets! All three are four years old and they adore each other. Louisa loves animals, and enjoys visiting the zoo above all. Marcia really likes dancing, and wants to be a prima ballerina. Sierra likes reading, and is learning very well. Sierra is very quiet, and often sad. This is due to the fact that her mother was an abuser and beat them all after their father left.
Please keep us posted on how the children are doing!

We have found two best friends for you!

Both boys were found in an abandoned building three years ago, and it seemed that they had been there for quite some time. Nicola is very good with responsibility, and cared for his brother well. Nicola likes to act and sing, as he has a very good voice. Dimitri plays chess very well, and it is his dream to become the Grandmaster, though he has a long way to go.

We have found you three lovely girls and two bubbly boys for you!
Zhanna and Esther are twin girls from Poland, and are thirteen years old. They love each other very much, and enjoy helping around the house and playing with younger children. Zhanna especially likes to share her poetry with younger children, and Esther is an aspiring violist.
Hayden, Max, and Lucian are siblings who were the children of a missionary who was killed in Iraq. Hayden is eleven, and very sad about the death of her mother. She dislikes being along, and will be glad to be in a family with so many children. Max is eight, and Lucian is fourteen. Lucian feels like Hayden and Max are his responsibility, and he looked after them for almost a year after their mother died when they were on their own. He enjoys fishing and watching movies. Max really likes being with his older brother, and he is the best way to cheer up Hayden when she is depressed. He is always happy, and loves to move around. He has a bit of a speech impediment, due to the fact that he was deaf up until last year, but he isn't too difficult to understand.

Henri and Fred were very excited to see each other at first. Freddy is really excited to have yet another sibling close to his age!
It took a bit more time, but Jamie and Henri are getting closer. They were quietly reading with each other last I checked. Jamie is thrilled to have a sister that loves reading like her.
We went to the park again, but this time we did more reading than soccer. Fred was a little bored, but he liked listening to Jamie's stories.

We have found five wonderful children for you!
Ashton and Damion Miller are twin brothers of five years. The two of them are best friends, and they are together all the time. Ashton is gradually going blind, due to an illness he had at birth. This does not stop him from playing outside with Damion. They both enjoy pets, especially dogs.
Amy Michelle Patterson and Delilah Rachel (ln unknown) have been best friends since they both came to the orphanage. They are both four years old, and love arts and crafts. Delilah especially likes painting, and Amy prefers sewing.
Cory Patterson is one year old, and Amy's baby brother. He is a quiet, loving baby who likes being around people he is familiar with, especially Amy. Amy treasures him above all.

Wow! John and I love our new big family!
Ashton and Damion are doing very well. Ashton's sight is no longer decreasing, but at least it will not get worse for awhile due to the medical attention we have given him. He and Damion love to play, even with the girls sometimes. Due to their intense love for Rosco that occasionally ended in a jealous possession battle, we adopted a black lab-Marcella, from the nearby animal shelter. Now the two of them each have a dog to play with.
Amy and Delilah are the delight of my life. Both are precious little girls who will sit and craft with me for hours. They are always singing or playing dress up. They love it when daddy joins in too.
Little Cory loves to be held, especially by John. It turns out he may have some mental delays possibly due to neglect when he was smaller. However, it looks like he will be fine with lots of love which we are more than happy to give!

Update--Manon and Laurent
Laurent is adjusting very well. I was quite amazed when I heard him playing the violin; you mentioned he was talented: is he ever! Communicating is quite akward but both children are learning English quickly as am I more French. Manon is having a harder time adjusting but is gradually opening up. She shared some poetry with me yesterday and from what I understood, she is very gifted. Wonderful job pairing us together!

Enrique is having a blast on our property. We have nicknamed him Rico as his full name is difficult for the little ones to say. There are plenty of trees for him to climb and Wesley is delighted to have a playmate his own age. May is glad for the break.
Being the eldest, Maya can sometimes get bored with the younger children, but Will has been organizing backyard soccer games to get them all involved together. Neomi likes to play too, although we are worried she might get hurt since she is so little.
Having so many active children is always an adventure. I let Will keep track of them outside while Karis, Daizuke and I cheer from the sidelines.
The good thing is, by bedtime they are all exhausted and it's no trouble at all getting them all to sleep.
Will and I are planning on building a tree fort for them towards summer.
Although Rico and Maya have sad, confused moments when they miss their parents, we are doing our best to make them feel at home here.
Rico usually just moves on and goes to play, but Maya, who can be more broody, has taken a real interest in Wills cartoons. He is teaching her how to draw and she has made several pictures to express her feelings.
All in all they are settling in well. They have been a blessing and I am thankful for the opportunity to give these young orphans a loving home.

Hera, Dianna, Skye, Daphne, and Phoebe are siblings from the UK. Daphne and Phoebe are only three months old. Skye and Dianna are both two years, and Hera is three.
Daphne and Phoebe are two very happy babies. They love attention, and cuddling.
Skye and Dianna are opposites. While Skye is a quiet, sweet little thing, Dianna is bouncy and loves to move around! Both love going outdoors, and Skye loves petting animals.
Hera is very emotional and often depressed. She is quiet and loves to be around people. She was in the car the day of the accident that killed her parents, and was lucky to make it out with only a broken ankle (which has since healed). She is very kind, and loves to play with her younger siblings. When she is sad, she often cries. She loves to play with paperdolls, and does this when she is depressed.
