Collins - Elaine Beth "Lanie" and Shawn Scott are expecting their 4th child. It will be a girl and will join older siblings Christopher Shawn (8), Arianna Beth (5) and Roman John (2). They would like to honour Lanie's mother whose name is also Elaine and Shawn's mother Susan.

Newman - Julianne Lorna and Joseph Victor "Joey" are expecting their fourth child as well and it will also be a girl. They already have, Isabella Maria Carrington (14), James Daniel (8) and Roger-Joseph Grant (4).

Horton - Carrie-Lynn Alice and Joshua Richard "Josh" are expecting their fifth child and second boy. He will join Brooke Louise (9), Emmalee Victoria (7), Connor Joshua (4) and Kristina Rachel (2).

Spencer - Kathleen Anne and Jack Parker are expecting their 4th child. They currently have Braeden Kale Lawford (7), Cooper Jack (6) and Ava Kathleen (3). They don't know the sex. If it's a girl they would like to include Caroline in the name somehow, since they both have grandmother's with that name.
