here's the house: http://www.designyourownhome.com/dyoh_main.shtml?state=AZ&beds=5&sq_ft=..&baths=..&garages=.. Click on "Launch Floorplan veiwer" to veiw the floorplan. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The Bonus room is a playroom for the kids.
The only requirement is: the family has a minnimum of five children (meaning two kids share a room) and as maximum of as many as you'd like (meaning five kids can share a each room if that's what really makes you happy - just have fun!)

I've altered the house to make 6 bedrooms, so children get one each.

I changed the exterior to the Sonoran one, and I altered the house so it has the guest suite downstairs, and 6 bedrooms upstairs.
