I thought of this right away, but then forgot: Of course Rasiel is the name of an archangel. One of those four (out of seven) we don't know the names of.
Unless there is a completely different derivation …

It seems a little bit awkward to me, but find out for yourself. What I saw looked Semitic to me, maybe Arabic, which I don't know. I do know Hebrew and the the name sounded a little bit Hebrew to me right away. The translation could be: "God is my secret". But don't quote me on this. I'm just guessing.
