Vreneli and Sicele
Vreneli: It's Swiss, I think and female. Wikipedia suggests it's a form of Verena. Anyone know it's this is true and how is it prn.
Sicele: I came across an Irish women born around the turn of the century with this name. I was wondering if it was an early creative form of Cecily or if it had something to do with Sicly.

I am a Swiss, from the German-speaking part, and I can confirm that Vreneli is a typically-Swiss form of Verena, a diminutive.
I am on shaky ground with the pronounciation notation used here on BtN, but I guess the pronounciation must be written as:
FRE-ne-li
At last a trivia: The Swiss cold coin carries the name "Goldvreneli".
