Well I've seen Celtic singer Maire Brennan / Moira Brennan's name pronouced as Moya before so I would think that as far as it't Celtic connection would be to Maire, Moira, Moyra, and Mary. I'm not at all sure about it's Spanish connections. It's a beautiful name by the way!
