It's feminine and most likely of Asian origin. All I've been able to find out about the name (from Wikipedia) is that it's:
-A town in Thailand
-A river near said town
-A tribe of Native Americans
-An Indian surname
-And an alternate Romanization of the Korean surname Bae
I tried searching the Facts board archives, but it's too short. :( Can anyone shed some light on one or more of its etymological origins and/or meanings?
Thanks!

I want to be be more like a river--
Less like a wall--
Not trying to hold back these feelings at all.
